In just a short time, our culinary school in Italy has established a worldwide reputation for excellence.

Our Executive Chef Attilio Di Fabrizio teaches “hands-on” lessons, which means you will be preparing, tasting and cooking alongside him. Small classes ensure that each student enjoys individual attention.

Please note, classes are not held in August, and the hotel is closed from November - April.

Children ages 6-14, can enjoy a fun two-and-a-half hour lesson on Italian food.
Available upon request in June, July and August for a minimum of four children.
