Our Spa environment is one of quiet and calm. Please respect the privacy and solitude of our other guests by speaking in a soft voice and turning off cell phones and pagers.
Treat a friend, loved one or colleague to a Gift Certificates for Zest Spa. We will be more than happy to assemble a group of services that fit any personalities and tastes. We regret that Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash; only for products and services.
For your convenience, please find below some helpful suggestions on how to make your visit more enjoyable.
Appointments & Reservations - We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival at the Spa. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card number.
Cancellation - Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes be made at least 4 hours prior to appointment to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment or service. For cancellation of a package, 24-hours notice is required. No shows will be charged in full.
Arrival - Please plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you enough time to locate the Spa on the 11th floor.
Late Show - As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.
Dress - You may wear your robe and slippers to the spa or a robe and slippers will be provided for you upon arrival to the spa. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner, assuring your privacy at all times.
Medical - Please inform us of any medical or special needs that require our attention. If you have high blood pressure or are pregnant, please avoid our body wrap treatments.
Shaving - Shaving on the day of receiving body exfoliation treatments may cause a stinging sensation. However, if you inadvertently shave, we have alternate exfoliating treatments.
Gratuities - Gratuity is not automatically added to your services. If you wish to leave a gratuity most guests leave 10%-15%. Our service staff truly appreciates your thanking them in this way. For the convenience of our guests, gratuities can be added to your overall bill and placed on any major credit card.
Cell Phones - In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager before entering the spa.
Valuables - The Zest Spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings. We recommend not to bring valuables to the spa.
