Sculptures fill the gardens of Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel
Captivating works of art enliven the lush gardens of Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel in this Cape Town landmark's third Summer of Sculpture exhibition. Both established and emerging contemporary artists are featured, with works in bronze, steel, wood and granite. Guests can enjoy the sculptures up close on a wander through the greenery or, glass in hand, from the terrace of the hotel's Planet Bar. The show runs until the end of April 2015.

Glamorous new suites in St Petersburg
Belmond Grand Hotel Europe has unveiled six magnificent new suites including the largest presidential suite in St Petersburg and five Avant-Garde Suites inspired by 20th-century Russian artists. All offer space and luxury at the heart of the city and feature 24-hour butler service.
The suites were created by Tihany Design, whose other projects have included the recently opened Oro restaurant at sister property Belmond Hotel Cipriani in Venice. The vast Presidential Suite is accessed through a grand lobby with a golden domed ceiling and has its own exclusive fitness centre, games room, sauna, music room with grand piano and library. The Avant-Garde Suites were inspired by the work of artists including Malevich, Kandinsky and Rodchenko. The creation of these unique suites is part of a refurbishment plan that began with the restoration of the hotel's facade and will include a new pan-Asian culinary concept.
