Tickets Purchased Online:
When booking online you will receive an electronic receipt for your purchase, this reciept will act as your boarding pass, please bring it with you to the station.
You must present your ticket and identification when boarding the train. In case of children with no id card, PeruRail will presume that all data provided by the adult is correct.
If you refuse to show a valid identity document, in order to verify the ticket information, you will be disembarked or may not be allowed to board. In such a case no reimbursement shall be made.
Please be sure to be at the station at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
Tickets Purchased at PeruRail Ticketing Offices:
If you have purchased your tickets at one of PeruRail ticketing offices no check-in is necessary. You should arrive at the station 30 minutes prior to departure of your train service.
If you have various pieces of luggage we recommend you store them in your hotel and only use an overnight bag as luggage space is limited on the trains.
If you need to take more than one piece of luggage on board, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We may be able to accomodate your request, at an additional cost. Please note this service is subject to availability.
