Outdoor Classroom
In August 2002 the Northern Iowa River Greenbelt Association and the Belmond Trees Forever donated eleven acres to the Belmond-Klemme Community School for educational purposes and community use.This donation along with seed money from Trees Forever was the initial beginning of our Outdoor Classroom.

The New Lyric Theater
The Lyric Theatre was ressurected in 1992 by the citizens of the Belmond community. The mission: "To provide quality entertainment at a reasonable price for the community." We have adhered to that mission and continue to thrive with support and help from the people in the area. Come visit us and experience one of the best sound systems in the area.
