Robbie Gleeson joined the British Pullman and Northern Belle from the five-star The Westbury Hotel in Dublin.

Prior to that, he ran his own restaurant in County Cork with his wife Alex. Gleeson’s was awarded Restaurant of the Year in 2006 by Good Food Ireland.
